A Fortune 50 technology company expressed a critical need to dramatically increase the solution sales effectiveness and competitive advantage of its direct and indirect sales teams in the SMB (small and medium-sized business) and enterprise markets. To accomplish this, the company’s sales teams required more than just a first-level product understanding. More critically, they needed a focus on Level-2 and Level-3 sales expertise to bridge the gap between technical product sales and an effective competitive enterprise solution selling strategy.
