Responsible for tracking and analyzing trends and happenings in the storage industry, as well as authoring analysis documents and defining industry data to be collected for customers on an ongoing basis. Requires technical knowledge of storage industry; strong writing, research, and organizational skills; and close attention to detail.

Research Analyst
Intermediate-level position responsible for providing information on computer hardware and related technologies to a worldwide base of customers. The position focuses on collecting, verifying, and posting information on computer hardware. Data collected will be in the areas of technical specifications, benchmarks, and pricing.

Senior Analyst
Senior-level position responsible for providing insightful analysis on computer hardware and related technologies to a worldwide base of customers. This position requires knowledge of the main industry vendors, their products, and their sales tactics.
